这次改造的项目是朝阳区的一个四口之家，男业主是北京人，女业主是台湾人，夫妻二人从国外回到北京，在这里生活扎根。他 们共同经历婚姻与养育的变化，家庭人口结构与国家所鼓励的二胎政策相契合，家里的两位小朋友都已经处于学龄后阶段，房子 原本的标准三居，面对二胎家庭两位小朋友的成长和男业主常态化居家工作的情况，已然无法满足居住需求的变化。我们通过设 计重新进行规划，实现三居与书房的分区建立，两位小朋友共用一扇窗，拥有独立的空间，可以根据各自功能需求和喜好进行配 置。同时，根据男业主工作性质保留书房，作为他经常晚间国际会议使用，避免打扰家人休息。
This remodeling project is a family of four in the Chaoyang District. The male owner is a Beijinger, the female owner is a Taiwanese, and the couple has returned to Beijing from abroad to live and put down roots here. They have gone through changes in marriage and parenting, and the family demographic structure is in line with the two-child policy encouraged by the state. The two children in the house are already in the postschool stage, and the original standard three-bedroom house can no longer satisfy the changing needs of the family in the face of the two-child family's two children's growth and the man's regular work at home. We re-planned the house through design, realizing the establishment of a partition between the three bedrooms and the study, where the two children share a window and have an independent space, which can be configured according to their respective functional needs and preferences. At the same time, according to the nature of the male owner's work to retain the study, as he often evening international meetings to use, to avoid disturbing the rest of the family.
一家人融洽的相处状态，让我们看到了空间内丰盈的情感联结，很期待他们其乐融融的新居生活。空间内光线与动线交错的时 光，是一家人无处不在的陪伴，整体结构像是父亲的筋骨支撑稳定，大面积木材则像母亲的怀抱蕴含包容，融合一步步的建造， 让这个家愈发贴合一家人的习惯和心性，空间也由此嵌入了温暖的归属感。
The family's harmonious relationship shows us the rich emotional connection in the space, and we are looking forward to their happy new life. The time when light and motion lines are intertwined in the space is the ubiquitous companionship of the family. The overall structure is like a father's sinews supporting stability, while the large area of timber is like a mother's embrace containing tolerance, and the integration of step-bystep construction makes the home more and more attuned to the family's habits and mindset, and the space is embedded with a sense of warmth and belonging.
